The problem
Doctors spend a large part of their day looking at screens instead of patients. Much of today’s practice software is slow, cluttered and full of interruptions. It warns so often that the warnings stop being read, including the ones that matter. The result is lost time, frustration and avoidable risk.
Sirona started from a simple observation by a working physician: the software we had to use wasn’t good enough.

Built for the pace of a real consultation. Short paths, few clicks, and everything for the current patient in one place.

One smooth flow, with no hurdles. Information appears where it belongs, at the moment it is useful. Work saves itself, and nothing is lost when the doctor is interrupted.

The software interrupts only when something is truly dangerous, so its warnings keep their weight. Patient data is encrypted and stays in Europe.
Behind these promises is careful design work, grounded in established human-factors science and our own clinical safety standard for how information and warnings are shown.
Built for Luxembourg
Billing to the national health insurer, electronic sick-leave certificates, the national medicines database and the national fee schedule are built in from the start, connected through the official national channels. Sirona is made in Europe for European healthcare, with European hosting and European partners.
Where we are
- A working core product: consultation notes, prescriptions, sick-leave certificates, referral letters, lab results and billing.
- June 2026: first complete transmission to Luxembourg’s national test platform.
- Built to the requirements of the EU Medical Device Regulation (Class I), with the certification file completed before launch.
- Next: pilot practices across all medical specialties.

A simple subscription: one plan, one practice, one price. Monthly or yearly, with no exit fees. Practices sign up online and are running quickly.
